FEARS AND CONFESSIONS

Fears and Confessions is a typographic identity design for the publication of the poem ADHD; a List of Fears and Confessions. Chronicling many of the anxieties people with ADHD face, the poem’s rigid power is explored in stark unadorned typographic sequence in both motion, poster, and product design, all meant to call attention to an issue that can feel so isolating.

 
ASTERIA GIN

Gin is a drink that most people associate with their parents or grandparents. It is outdated and many people even bartenders do not quite understand the appeal, yet it is still the world's most popular liquor and for good reason, it simply does not deserve that. Asteria Gin seeks to change that, with their brand geared towards those coming of age and provide to them an experience where they can determine who they are, and what their gin says about them.

 
CIPHER BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Visiting a hotel should be more than just a place to rest your head. A good hotel has flair, a great hotel is an experience. Cipher Boutique Hotel is a conceptual brand identity, designed to transport you back to the time of spies, romance, and mystery. At Cipher you enter with a romanticized nostalgia, much like a James Bond film, to a vacation with each aspect curated to enhance your experience.

MOTHER NATURE'S CHILDREN'S BOOK FOR ADULTS

The national parks are more popular than ever before, but that is both a good and a bad thing. In this day and age everyone has heard the phrase “leave no trace,” but despite the constant reminders, people still seem to feel they are the exception. This impacts parks that are already struggling to balance accessibility, wanting everyone to have the chance to experience the natural wonders, with protecting the environment from the damage we cause.

 
SCAD VIRTUAL FASHION SHOW EXPERIENCE

When the pandemic hit the world had to adapt and grow. This started with many events getting canceled, some were still held socially distanced, and many were changed to online. While the SCAD Film Festival was canceled, the Fashion Show plays a crucial part in exhibiting graduating designers. The show needed to adapt.

Today’s movies scare us with impressive CGI, in the 80s slashers were churned out like popcorn in theaters, topped off with buckets of blood. Despite the glut we find in our horror movie Netflix queue; we still return to the horror classics for everything from inspiration to the monsters portrayed in them. Dive deeper to see the men who made the monsters and the stories beyond the camera. 

 
ROMANCE DE LA ROUTE

Romance de la Route chronicles the journey of Michelin Tires, and how their name became synonyms with the worlds best food. An unlikely journey, the tire company focused their brand towards the use of tires, creating the romantic notion of travel, and encouraging people to explore the road ahead.

 
GIGI BOOK RE-LAUNCH

Gigi is a girl who is constricted not only by the typical rules of society but also by the expectations of her aunts. This became the main theme surround the reimagined re-launch of the English version of the book. Gigi is a wondrously exuberant and roguish young girl, but life has corseted her tightly to fit into the role society has constrained her to. The cover shows Gigi tightly bound by the rules and expectations, yet straining to break free and burst forth in her true manner.
